well there ya go. A good thought for today ha?

THE MAYAN SIXTH DAY Begins on
November 13, 2008
Tzolkin Date: 13 IMIX
11th of 13 Heavens (7 Days and 6 Nights of Creation) of the Galactic Cycle
The Sixth Day heralds a time of flowering for the plant - awakening, unfolding, opening up to new possibilities. Most scholars use the words “enlightenment” and “renaissance” to define this creative period. Historically, the Sixth Day on other levels or cycles corresponded to the invention of tools, first attempts at agriculture and building shelter; the European Renaissance itself; and the flower children movement of the 1960's.
This Heaven of Light, the Sixth Day, begins with 13 Imix on the Sacred Calendar, the Tzolkin. The number 13 represents co-creation, unconditional love and culmination of spiritual enlightenment. The number 13 is the final number in the sequence of 13 numbers of the Tzolkin. Imix is the first of the 20 day signs comprising the Tzolkin. Imix is symbolized by the Crocodile and the Waterlily – beginning, receptivity, trust, Earth Mother, nourishment, protection, primordial ocean of possibilities.
The intention of the enlightenment or ascension energy combined with the primal energy of Imix gives us the ability to feel a new era unfolding.

INTO THE SIXTH DAY
As we transit from the twilight of the Fifth Night into the twilight of the Sixth Day, our burdens become lighter as we discard what no longer serves us in order to evolve to the next stage of growth in this new reality. Just as a plant follows the Fibonacci Sequence by looking back in order to evolve, humanity has a unique opportunity to look back to our ancestors and incorporate ancestral knowledge in order to evolve into our true destiny of being co-creators and caretakers of this beautiful planet we call Earth or Gaia.
With time acceleration and the concrescence of novelty becoming more apparent to individuals, and as more individuals begin to open to awareness and the increased photon field that we seem to be moving through, we realize that our minds alone cannot keep up with the evolutionary changes. It has become necessary to rely upon our instincts and feelings to navigate through this new vibrational field.
In order to continue to the next growth stage in this fantastic journey, we must not only incorporate ancient wisdom by performing sacred ceremonies and rituals, but also tune into our instinctual knowledge. As the number of choices we are called upon to make increase, let our intuition guide us along the ascending path. Consciously choose to take the high road – be positive, loving and compassionate – choose love over fear or anger.
The Fifth Night saw the beginning of the end of dominance. Dominance on every level is beginning to fall away: dominance of governments, religions, corporations, individuals, ego. Each individual will begin to realize their own worth as dominance falls away. Each will feel their own purpose, their own responsibility, and begin to realize their full potential as loving human beings.
To maximize the incoming influx of light energies and to better handle the rapid changes, it is very important to stay grounded. Incorporate a daily movement practice such as qigong, tai chi, yoga; meditation; perform ceremonies and rituals, even just lighting a candle and offering a prayer; practice kindness and compassion; maintain a good diet and a positive attitude; and follow the Mayan Sacred Calendar – the Tzolkin. As we go into the Sixth Day, let us each be like the bud of a flower, ready to open to our full beauty. Let us embrace the ascending spiral of light with a flame of hope and gratitude in our hearts.

In like the Lamb, out like a Lion...

OMG!!!
Oh Great Spirits, oh my mother Earth! Would someone please tell me this is not a dream, and if it is...don't pinch my butt man. I want to enjoy this for just about a hundred years more.
Why yes, i sure did write a sort of poem/pro for this lucky and auspicious occasion.
But at last I will not torture you with having to read it all...just only a small part because I have so much catching up to do and so many things to cut and paste on this sight it is not funny.
So let me start by putting down what I have written from the middle of my pro/poem what I feel best describes my inner thoughts and feeling regarding this...
"We are one- With God, the sun and the moon, this earth beneath our feet and the trees we've yet to reach. Native heart, body mind and soul...all walking upon that same thin line as one...so remember- WE THE PEOPLE and get it going.
Create, live breath...rebuild what our hands destroyed.
Let's become the glue that binds this earth the way we were meant to be, and actually have something to leave the children that shall come after us to light the way for all those blind, lost and deprived souls.
Let's not leave anyone behind this time, i know we always say we won't, but man do we forget that one when we run."

well OK..now for the filling that i was here to update man.
May God bless us all and may we finally know the true meaning of family, of six degree's of separation, the consequences of throwing rocks through glass houses realizing that we all live in the same. Let's clean this place up, grow up and actually do something good for a change for our children, if not for ourselves.
Peace in the Cities, Peace in the Vallie's, Peace in our souls to invade our homes.
Tree- ~`Us`ti `itlv`gv
OK now if this works man do i have some stuff to cut and paste that i enjoy so have fun!
Ps...ola William.
Sorry, but i have been a bit busy and not quite up to par as of lately.

Mayor Nagin.

Once again you are out of touch with reality. The world and nation are going through a financial meltdown and you are proposing to raise taxes. People are struggling with the high cost of living in New Orleans due to insurance, food and energy costs that have gone through the roof. People are struggling to hold on to their jobs.

Over the last 3 years you have squandered the opportunity to rebuild New Orleans. You have squandered the opportunity to bring jobs to New Orleans. You have wasted taxpayer's money on uncontrolled expense accounts. You have wasted taxpayer's money on hiring high priced consultants and assistants that have done nothing to help rebuild this city. You have done nothing to improve quality of life in this city.
Mr Nagin , I suggest you rethink your proposed tax hike, and do what most citizens around the world are doing now by reducing their expenses and tightening their belts. Most citizens of New Orleans don't have the the ability to expense their meals and drive around in taxpayer funded automobiles.

Dear Governor Jindal,

I am a strong supporter of your ethics policy reform in Louisiana. I hope you will come to New Orleans to endorse Joseph Cao for Congress on December 6th. We need representation here in New Orleans, without the embarrassment of indicted Congressman Jefferson caught with $90,000 in his freezer who has been ineffective in his ability to represent the people of the 2nd Congressional District.

Louisiana needs your leadership in being the trailblazer in standing up to these ethics violations, especially now that Senator Ted Stevens of Alaska has been convicted and elected back into office.

This will be an important election for Louisiana and New Orleans if we are to gain back the trust of our citizens around the nation.

Thanks

BIll Walsh

wait wait there is more to come, for my ass has been a bit lagging in this for quite some time....

Yep, I'm a strange looking one...etc..etc..etc...
so whom ever you are checking me out to find personal info on me...
just email me and ask...because i hate sneaks.
I have more respect for folks who are much more up front.
Ya know...not full of shit like our president...

Shit, it's like we have a nation of folks bending over while he stands there blowing smoke up our asses and we just seem to be fine about it...the same with our congress, senate and government..shit man.
Boy have we forgotten who counts here.

Man and Obama...you could have at least beat McCain to the punch and gotten Lieberman instead of Biden. He is a much better match for you damn...screwed again.

So folks tell me, what do you really think?
McCain a president of war...or the great white hope who couldn't?
OK..I'm voting for Nader that's it...this like really sucks man.

They should make it mandatory for anyone running for any type of political office to have a track record of all humanitarian efforts...etc that they have completed!
OK...completed, succeeded in....were they have Prof that they have left this world a better place and not just took up space and used up our oxygen just to shove bullshit down our throats...I'm just so sick of all of this man.

We need a better education system for our youth, not just those computers..i swear it makes them dumb and lazy..they have no hands on..so how can they possibly learn to think for themselves without having the computer do it for them?

OK you think I'm being hard...think...doctors...laywers...uhm...surgens...vet's...should I say more?

WE NEED BETTER MEDICAL...a band on assault weapons...an honest fucken mayor...damn am I like really fucken dreaming now....

Stupid. Our country is in such distress it is not funny. Financially, etc.
This is what they need to do dammit and generate some money now to save our asses and take off some of the fricken stress.

MAKE PROSTITUTION LEGAL, LEGALIZE MARIJUANA , BAN AUTOMATIC WEAPONS,
FORCE CONTINUAL EDUCATION ON DOCTORS, LAWYERS, SURGEONS, TEACHERS.
WE need to continuously educate our self's and our society man.
Keep in mind it takes a village to raise a child man.

So we really need to stop segregating ourselves and give our selves a brake man.
We segregate by finances, religion, race, gender, likes, dislikes, etc man.
what the hell. We should be bonding together and learning from each other.
Not fucken fighting each other.

We are a broke country man. Broken Arrow...Broken Arrow..send help now man.
I tell ya....we all need to step up and grab our damn pot's and pans and make some damn noise in front of our mayors house, the white house..etc..but it needs to be done at night man.
And we need officers to join in..firemen...everyone from all walks of life.
Why? because this is effecting all of us. Not just the Blacks, Spanish, Asian...
it effects all of us who live here regardless of back ground.

I honestly believe we are on the brink of a third world war.
When it happens then what?
What else are we going to be forced to ration?

People plant your gardens today for tomorrow.
Stop and meet your neighbors, learn about all who are around you and how you can help them and how they can help you.

Ya that's why we release these things into the air...to honor by killing?
dumb fucks.

no, I'm not disgusted in my country, in my brothers and sisters...in society as a whole. Nawwww i mean i guess it's just fine that we all just pick up fucken rocks and throw them through glass houses...maybe with some luck well actually hit our own fucken windows...

Subject: Open letter To Senator Duplessis:

Ms. Duplessis,

After Governor Jindal’s veto of SB 672 You made a statement that Bobby Jindal has a lot to learn in dealing with the legislature.
Ms. Duplessis you have a lot to learn in dealing with the citizens of this state. Your arrogance and refusal to listen to your constituents is a travesty. It’s considered a privilege to serve the citizens of this state, it’s not a right. The citizens run this state and you have the privilege of representing and voting for their needs not yours.
I hope you listen to your bank customers and not make decisions based on what you think is best for them. Otherwise you wouldn’t be in business too long.

WE THE PEOPLE OF NEW ORLEANS, THE STATE OF LOUISIANA....

Is this America?
Have we lost our way and our voices? Come on people let's speak up.
We are just sitting home watching and yelling at that t.v., radio, or computer...complaing to our neighbors. But.
What have we done for ourselves? Why have we let our President walk us into the begining of a Third World War? Our Economy is crashing, oil is dwindling down, prices going up all over the damn world.
Fires, droughts, floods...
and increase in rodents, feral cat's and dogs. No SPCA around to help unless you live across the river.
No reasonable vet's left around to treat your pets. No readily avaliable medical care or mental health care.
More folks being diagnosed with HIV/Aids, still thinking at this day and time...that it is a gay desiase. Our Education lacks educated people to teach our children.
The lawyers are only taking cases that make the news.
No one is helping the little guys leaving every dog for themselves man.
All we seem to be doing is adding to the problems around us.
By creating a hostile enviorment.
How you say?

THE ELECTION OF A PRESIDENT OF WAR and don't say ya didn't know it man...
NOT SCREAMING LOUD ENOUGH WHEN THE VIOLENCE WAS FIRST STARTING TO GET OUT OF HAND MAN.
Not pushing the school system and holding them liable for putting fourth teachers who are educated enough and want to teach in a position of doing just that.
Noooooo instead we have folks teaching our kids with out the proper credentials.
We have kids here without parents or older guardians.
We haven't pushed for a safer gun regulation policy. Nope instead we all want the right to bare arms man and shoot our neighbors when ever we feel the need.
Like two wrongs make a right.

We are so busy yelling with our hands out, but what I would like to know is how many of us have done it on our own and helped out the people to the left of them and the right?
Now we all know we are really in for a tought ride.
So let's start throwing some sticks, twigs, and bullshit into the fire and making some noise.
Our GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE IT'S COURSE IF WE ARE TO GROW AS A POPULATION, AS A COUNTRY, AS A UNITED STATES THAT WE CAN ACTUALLY BE PROUD OF...OTHER WISE WE NEED TO JUST PRINT THE PREAMBLE ON TOILET PAPER AND JUST PASS IT AROUND TO WIPE OUR ASSES WITH...
Now let's get busy here folks.
SPEAK UP! LET OUR VOICES BE HEARD AS ONE...
and for anyone out there who doesn't like what I or anyone else has to say regarding this issue? well email me a response and I have absolutly no problem printing your comments and what you think.

So let's get to it people...
I say we need a revelution to start up this country and we the people need to take over once again.
Now how funny would it be for a whole bunch of folks to car pool to the capital and take with them dog shit in plastic baggies, cat shit, people shit...ya get the drift and lot's of brooms of every shap and size and just leave them spead out across the steps of the capital. Let them walk in all the shit that they leave for us.
If they have a problem with it, well then they can clean up that shit all on their own just like we have to ....
My favorite saying for Politicians with the gift of gab and the one's who have kissed the "blarmy" stone...is

EAT SHIT AND LIVE TO TASTE IT!
We the people must take a stand and help ourselves.
WE need to clean up the government and make some noise.
WE need to support our military men and women despite what they are doing that WE know is wrong...etc....we need to pull our pants up and tighten that belt and put on our boots man and kick some ass in the right places.
The WHITE HOUSE, THE SENATE, THE GOVERNMENT,
Our welfare system needs to be fixed and folks who have been on it for generations should be held accountable and be cut....
The government workers that we count on to speak for us should also have to pay into the social security system as well as our president.
They need to cut those perks man and put the money were it is needed.
In the mean time man, we need to step up and help out each other as one big family regardless of colour, religion and race.
If we don't we will only end up hurting ourselves in the long run.
We need to bond together, I don't know how many times I have said this.
Think before you vote, if they screw up let them know.
If they grow too big for their britches...knock them down and let them know.
They work for us, not the other way around.
Take control of your government again and make it work for you and me.
The Right Way.
Ok now, I'm off the box for now.
Until next time.
Peace in the Cities, Peace in the Vallies, Peace in our souls to invade our homes.

Mr Jindal,
Mohandas Gandhi once said " A 'No' uttered from the deepest conviction is better than a 'Yes' merely uttered to please, or worse, to avoid trouble"

Have you lost all reasoning why your parents, mine and many others immigrated to this country:
- To escape religious persecution.
- To escape oppressive societies.
- To seek a better quality of life for their family
Have you lost credibility in yourself, You sounded like a babbling puppet today on TV explaining your three points why you wont veto the pay raise. In 2007 you made a campaign promise to veto any legislative attempt to raise the salaries of seated lawmakers until the next election.

Have you lied to us? Oppressive leaders lie to the people.

Louisiana is last in everything good that adds to quality of life and first in everything bad.

You now are blitzing the air-waves with public service advertisements claiming you are responsible for the tax cuts. Do you think the people are stupid? We know you opposed these cuts but jumped on the bandwagon when it appeared the Legislature had enough votes to pass.

Mr. Jindal, you campaigned for a new Louisiana. There is a new Louisiana, The people are not sitting back any more. They are watching every move both you and the Legislators make. The Nation is watching! They want to see a return on investment of the billions of dollars sent to turn this state around. They don’t want their hard earned dollars going in the pockets of un-honest politicians.
Mr. Jindal, there is a new Louisiana. Wake up!

Bill Walsh
New Orleans

Mr Jindal,

You have lost all credibility with Louisiana and the Nation. You can't even look people in the face any more. As a voter who supported you twice, I feel you have betrayed the citizens of Louisiana.

Your ethics reform which you publicized all over the country is a sham. You allowed the legislature to water it down so its worse now than before you took office. You are a coward and need to resign from the office.

Bill Walsh
New Orleans

well all righty now here is another good one....

Constitution...

Hi, Everyone
This is probably the best e-mail I've seen in a long, long time. The
following has been attributed to State Representative Mitchell Kaye
from GA. This guy should run for President one day...

NEW PREAMBLE TO THE CONSTITUTION
'We the sensible people of the United States, in an attempt to help
everyone get along, restore some semblance of justice, avoid more
riots, keep our nation safe, promote positive behavior, and secure the
blessings of debt-free liberty to ourselves and our
great-great-great-grandchildren, hereby try one more time to ordain and
establish some common sense guidelines for the terminally whiny, guilt
ridden, and delusional. We hold these truths to be self evident: that a
whole lot of people are confused by the Bill of Rights and are so dim
they require a Bill of NON-Rights.'
ARTICLE I: You do not have the right to a new car, big screen TV, or
any other form of wealth. More power to you if you can legally acquire
them, but no one is guaranteeing anything.
ARTICLE II: You do not have the right to never be offended. This
country is based on freedom, and that means freedom for everyone --not
just you! You may leave the room, turn the channel, express a different
opinion, etc.; but the world is full of idiots, and probably always
will be
ARTICLE III: You do not have the right to be free from harm. If you
stick a screwdriver in your eye, learn to be more careful; do not
expect the tool manufacturer to make you and all your relatives
independently wealthy.
ARTICLE IV: You do not have the right to free food and housing.
Americans are the most charitable people to be found, and will gladly
help anyone in need, but we are quickly growing weary of subsidizing
generation after generation of professional couch potatoes who achieve
nothing more than the creation of another generation of professional
couch potatoes. This one is my pet peeve ...get an education and go
to
work..don't expect everyone else to take care of you!
ARTICLE V: You do not have the right to free health care. That would be
nice, but if it would turn out the same way as current public housing,
we're not interested in public health care.
ARTICLE VI: You do not have the right to physically harm other
people..If you kidnap, rape, intentionally maim, or kill someone, don't
be surprised if the rest of us want to see you put away for the rest of
your sorry life.
ARTICLE VII: You do not have the right to the possessions of others. If
you rob, cheat, or coerce away the goods or services of other citizens,
don't be surprised if the rest of us get together and lock you away in
a place where you still won't have the right to a big screen color TV
or a life of leisure.
ARTICLE VIII: You do not have the right to a job. All of us sure want
you to have a job, and will gladly help you along in hard times, but we
expect you to take advantage of the opportunities of education and
vocational training laid before you to make yourself useful. (AMEN!)
ARTICLE IX: You do not have the right to happiness. Being an America
means that you have the right to PURSUE happiness, which by the way, is
a lot easier if you are unencumbered by an over abundance of idiotic
laws created by those of you who were confused by the Bill of Rights.
ARTICLE X: This is an English speaking country. We don't care where you
are from, English is our language. Learn it or go back to wherever you
came from!
(and last but not least....)
ARTICLE XI: You do not have the right to change our country's history
or heritage. This country was founded on the belief in one God. You are
given the freedom to believe in any religion, any faith, or no faith at
all, with no fear of persecution. The phrase IN GOD WE TRUST is part of
our heritage and history, and if you are uncomfortable with it, TOUGH!
If you agree, share this with a friend.
No, you don't have to, and nothing tragic will befall you if you don't.
I just think it's about time common sense is allowed to flourish.
Sensible people of the United States , speak out, because if you do
not, who will?
Hit 'em straight!

ONCE AGAIN...READ ON...AGAIN AND THIS TIME PAY ATTENTION!!!!

PAY & BENEFIT INCREASES (2007)
Supplemental Pay
ACT 281 (HB 4 - Alario) - Raises the state supplemental pay for qualified first responders and provides for pay increases for other public safety-related employees. Supplemental pay for first responders eligible for the state pay supplement will increase from $300 to $425 a month beginning July 1. Those affected by the $1500 a year raise are firefighters, deputy sheriffs, municipal police officers, harbor and bridge police, fireboat employees, public safety officers employed by certain Indian tribes, Wildlife and Fisheries agents, Department of Public Safety officers and campus police officers. The increased pay for DWF agents, DPS officers, campus police and state harbor, bridge and fireboat officers is dependent on approval by the State Civil Service Commission. The pay raise package will cost over $64.8 million a year if fully implemented. The 07-08 budget includes funding for the most of the increased pay, but does not include money for the proposed campus police, state bridge, harbor and fireboat officers, and Indian tribe public safety officers pay raises.
ACT 275 (SB 286 - Heitmeier), ACT 485 (SB 128 - Heitmeier) (CA) - These measures clarify state law and the State Constitution as to who is eligible for supplemental pay to include law enforcement and fire protection officers employed by police agencies who patrol waterways and riverfront areas in municipalities with a population over 450,000.
ACT 483 (SB 2 - Fontenot) (CA) - Proposes to change the State Constitution to prevent lawmakers from cutting state supplemental pay from the proposed increased level. The State Constitution now protects supplemental pay for sheriff deputies, local police, firefighters and constables from reduction, but only at the $300 level. Voters will consider the proposed amendment at the Oct. 2007 statewide election.
Teacher Pay Raise
The Legislature approved a pay raise of $2,375 or about 6% per year for public school teachers in an effort to move Louisiana salaries to the Southern Regional Average, which is $45,169 as determined by the Education Estimating Conference. The state's average teacher pay for the 2006-2007 year was $41,238. As proposed, the increase will cost $157.6 million a year. Additionally, 50% of the annual increase in the Minimum Foundation Program (MFP) or about $57 million must be used for teacher pay increases in many school districts. Teachers in 52 of the state's 69 school districts - districts where the average teacher pay is below the regional average or those who are receiving a decrease in state aid - will be eligible for additional raises from those funds, bumping their average pay increase to $3597 or 9%. Teachers last received a general annual pay raise of $1500 in 2006.
School Support Worker Pay Increase
The state budget includes funds for pay raises for school support workers. Governor Blanco proposed a $750 pay increase for school support workers. The Senate changed the state budget to grant a $1000 pay raise. School support workers include non-certificated instructional personnel, instruction support workers and service workers. WE THE PEOPLE OF NEW ORLEANS, Have forgotten too much.

Remember Lee Iacocca, the man who rescued Chrysler Corporation from it's death throes?

He's now 82 years old and has a new book (Where Have All The Leaders Gone), and here are some excerpts.
Lee Iacocca Says:
'Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening?
Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder.
We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car.
But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, 'Stay the course' .
Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America , not the
damned 'Titanic'. I'll give you a sound bite: 'Throw all the bums out!'
You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and
maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore.
The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs. While we're fiddling in Iraq , the Middle East is burning and nobody seems to know what to do. And the press is waving 'pom -poms' instead of asking hard questions. That's not the promise of the ' America ' my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for.
I've had enough. How about you?
I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged. This is a fight I'm ready and willing to have.
The Biggest 'C' is Crisis ! (Iacocca elaborates on nine Cs of leadership, crisis being the first.)
Leadership is forged in times of crisis. Leaders are made, not born.
It's easy to sit there with your feet up on the desk and talk theory.
Or send someone else's kids off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself. It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down.
On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history.
We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes.
A Hell of a Mess So here's where we stand.
We're immersed in a bloody war with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving.
We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the country.
We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia , while our once-great companies
are getting slaughtered by health care costs.
Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy.
Our schools are in trouble.
Our borders are like sieves.
The middle class is being squeezed every which way These are times that cry out for Leadership.
But when you look around, you've got to ask:' Where have all the leaders gone?'
Where are the curious, creative communicators?
Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense?
I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point.
Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo?
We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened.
Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina.

Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane, or demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in the crucial hours after the storm.
Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again.
Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next time.
Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies?

How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it?
Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debit, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry.
I have news for the gang in Congress.
We didn't elect you to sit on your asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity.
What is everybody so afraid of? That some bonehead on Fox News will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change?
Had Enough?
Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope I believe in America . In my lifetime I've had the privilege of living through some of America's greatest moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises: the 'Great Depression', 'World War II', the 'Korean War', the 'Kennedy Assassination', the 'Vietnam War', the 1970s oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11.
If I've learned one thing, it's this:
'You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our children, we all have a role to play.
That's the challenge I'm raising in this book.
It's a call to 'Action' for people who, like me, believe in America . It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's shake off the crap and go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've had 'enough.'
Make your own contribution by sending this to everyone you know and care about. It's our country, folks; and it's our future. Our future is at stake!

We need to keep the pressure on them. Ann Duplessis today did a interview on the radio and was bragging about all the things the legislature has done for its citizens. She went on to say if the electorate is not happy with what she has done then " I am not the one" .

Well guess what Ann Duplessis, You are not the one. You have shafted your electorate for the last time. The electorate will not vote you back in.

....My response...well I sure hope they don't elect her back in...lord only knows.
If we put Nagin back in, let Vitter continue on his course, and continue to back this War that the President got us into...well...uhm...let's just hope we have learned a few good things.
I only wish that we had more folks like you Bill, and Connor as well as a few other great souls that I know. Man we would kick butt and there wouldn't be so much crap for all of us to have to deal with.

As you have noticed. I copy pasted your last email contact as well so that other's are also a wear of what is out there and take a step forward to also join.

In that note, I must say chow for today and go fix some dinner and stew on a few more points for the morning.
Much Peace to everyone out there.
Please do not hessitate to email and leave your comments on this blog.
