Help clean up, Help by giving...food, clothing, the simple things that we all take for granted.
You never know when you will need the help as well.

how many times have I just needed a day were folks just smiled and things were so nice.
Everyone just getting along....how nice.
No stress, no worries...everyone laughing and talking...it's cool man....

Now is that chance man to get it kick started. Jump in and give a hand.
We really need to stop segregating ourselves.
We need to work together as a nation, as neighbors, as friends.
Help each other in our neighboring cities, states, and countries....
let's get it going man...

We know our political leaders are not going to do much but talk and push paper around.
So let's grab the bull by the horns man and jump in and get our feet wet.
Let's do what we can to help out.

Look at it this way...what would you do if this were you in your deepest, darkest hour...
would you turn the light out and roll over?
Would you just sit and watch it all unfold with your face in your hands one moment,
and your hand out the next? if so...
who can you count on to be there for you?

So let's all say a prayer in our own way.
Be it the "Great Spirit in the sky", God, Alla, or what ever name you call your great one.
Just pray. We could all use the rainbows right now...

So smile and pass it around, don't be afraid to bend and pull...to grip and grind...moan and grown..let's just do it and make it work for all of us because there is just too much
sadness, too much destruction...too much redness in this world in so many wrong ways.

I have Peruvian friends I love so much...spanish friends...strange friends..funny friends..lost friends...hell I have so many strange and lovely friends of all colours and back grounds....
I have my own personal rainbow...right now it may be shaped into the figure eight...but that's fine.
I'll take it any way around...

I value and cherish that, as much as I do our planet....and it really is in dire need as well as the inhabitants...so let's do our part and try to help out...
think of this place as one big old back yard....
North, South, East and West of that yard...and clean it up as we walk past.

Help out our neighbors and keep watch over the stars at night...
Let Peace Reign our nights....not rein in the dark forces.
Well unless your into that sort of stuff...then that just means we need a big ol place called
